1. General teatures & merit

- Approximate cycle time : 3.5 Batteries / Min. of LN3 Battery
- 2 batteries per cycle
- 1st station for battery weighing machine including rejection conveyor (option)
- 2nd station for 1st vacuum acid filling, 3rd station for acid to be absorbed into plates and AGM separator by vacuum and 4th station for 2nd vacuum acid filling
- 2nd, 3rd and 4th stations are in the same body frame
- 5th station for battery weighing machine including rejection conveyor (option)
- For the vacuum acid filling stations (2nd and 4th stations)
  · Including vacuum pump
  · 12 measuring cups are installed inside the top tank
  · Top tank : Pump up acid to the top tank and then drain acid to keep constant acid level for each acid measuring cup
  · 1 volumetric stick is installed inside of each cup
  · The volumetric sticks are moved and controlled by servo motor.
- Acid filling nozzle of special material for easy maintenance
- Easy adjustment in setting nozzle distance while changeover
