3. Detail information of each process
• 1st Station (Loading and Aligning)
- Supply plate groups to aligning part using 180° rotating loader which is controlled by servo motor
- Robot loading system (Option)
- Rotating system in each loading gripper for easy polarity change
- Improved design to hold plate groups with stronger power
- Vibration system on the bottom and pincer type lug aligning unit at the top
(Cam type lug aligning unit driven by servo – Option)
• 2nd Station (Lug brushing, Fluxing, and Drying)
- Lug brushing by steel brush, flux brushing, Lug drying
- Tinning unit or Lug bending available (Option)
• 3rd Station (Molding)
- Using servo system for the movement of jig box UP/DOWN to control depth of lug in strap, timing of dipping, and speed of dipping more precisely
