3. Detail information of each process

• 1st STATION (Loading and Aligning)
  - With Vibrating table ass’y & auto lug align unit
  - Including auto loader of 180° rotation or linear type
  - Automatic clamp unit and two kinds of jig box
    (pneumatic type for normal battery and the other for VRLA battery with servo motor)

• 2nd STATION (Lug Brushing, Fluxing, Drying and Tinning)
  - Lug brushing, fluxing, drying and tinning station
  - MOOJIN recommendation : Lug brushing station should be installed in previous station (envelope stacker) since the lead dust will decrease fluxing quality.
                                                      But MOOJIN can install the lug brushing station as customer’s request.

• 3rd STATION (Molding)
  - Using servo motor for precise control of depth of lug in strap and also of the movement (timing of dipping and dipping speed)
  - Digital flow meter for precise control of cooling water amount
  - Mold pre-heat station has its own individual temperature control and water cooling system

• 4th STATION (Unloading)
  - Automatic group unloading & inserting unit into battery container including container feeding and discharging conveyor
  - 2 kinds of automatic jig box un-clamping unit (pneumatic type for normal battery and the other for VRLA battery with servo motor)
  - #2, #4, and #6 unloading grippers can rotate by 180°
  - Applying servo system to set up the distance of grippers (open / close)
