3. Detail information of each process

• 1st Station (Loading and Aligning)
 - Supplying plate groups to aligning part using 180° rotating loader which is controlled by servo motor
 - Robot loading system (Option)
 - Rotating system in each loading gripper for easy polarity change
 - Improved design to hold plate groups with stronger power
 - Vibrating unit on the bottom and pincer type aligning unit for lug
   (Cam type lug aligning unit driven by servo – Option)
 - Easy changeover according to the plate height, width and group thickness

• 2nd Station (Lug brushing, Fluxing, Drying and Tinning)
 - Lug brushing by steel brush, flux brushing, lug drying
 - Lug bending available (Option)

• 3rd Station (Molding)
 - Use servo motor for precise control of depth of lug in strap and also of the movement (timing of dipping and dipping speed)
 - Digital flow switch for precise control of cooling water amount.
 - Mold pre-heat station has its own individual temperature control and water cooling system.

• 4th Station (Unloading)
 - Automatic group unloading & inserting unit into battery container including container feeding and discharging conveyor
